Water pressure issues can start from many different sources. Most of these are easy fixes, however some could be bigger jobs. It is important to determine if the water pressure issue is starting outside of your home. If your water comes from the city supply, confirm with the water company to see if there are any known issues. If you water supply comes from a well, it is important to verify that the well pump is working as it should .

The next step would be to determine if it is the entire house or just a single fixture. If the water pressure issue is throughout the house, it could be a few things. One of the main valves could be partially blocked, the pressure reducing valve could need replacing or in an older home, the steel pipes could be corroded and causing excess buildup.

In the case that it is just one fixture, typically it is an easy fix. It could be a clog, small leak, aerator or an issue with the actual fixture. Water pressure issues can be frustrating. We can book a service call to take a look at the issue and come up with a plan to fix it.
